16 memory training sessions of 45 minutes within four days for those who wish to avoid short term memory lapses and benefit from remembering names, faces, shopping lists or telephone numbers in the future combined with a unique exploration of one of the most attractive cities in the world ( limited capacity 20 persons only ).

5.00 pm Old Town Hall- reception with the vice-mayor,
followed by the guided tour of the representative rooms and view over the Old
Town from the Outlook Tower
May 19 Thursday
9.30 am - 1.00 pm memory training class in the Cultural House Vltavska,
Bubenska 1, Praha 7-Metro line C, Vltavska station (bring a note pad and reading
glasses)
1.30 pm lunch in the Restaurant Male Divy, Janovskeho 3,Praha 7 - a diner with
excellent reputation
Afternoon programme:
guided tour of the Old Town Square and the Charles Bridge from 1357 A.D.
6.30 pm concert of classical music at Rudolfinum

9.30 am to 1.00 pm memory training class
1.30 pm lunch as usual
Afternoon programme:
3.30 pm Prague Castle- guided tour of representative rooms
which are usually accessible for governmental visitors only
6.30 pm concert of classical music at Palffy´s Palace

Senate – Wallenstein Palace –guided tour
Stroll through the Wallenstein Garden

PRICE 100 GBP or equivalent in EUR ( payable by bank transfer to British or
Czech bank or by cheque )
INCLUDES registration fee for classes, and four lunches after classes.
Participants are supposed to arrange their own accommodation, assistance is
available on booking@accommodation.cz

Classes are held in Cultural Centre Vltavska, Bubenska 1, Praha 7 in the centre
of Prague ( Metro line C-Vltavska station)
Persons over 70 travel on Prague public transport free of charge, those under 70
are recommended to buy a weekly pass (available at the airport)
Participants are given the opportunity to take part in the unique FREE afternoon programme,but they can select free time if desired. Arrival and departure days are optional, the participants can shorten their stay and arrive on May 18th and depart on May 23rd.

Meeting the locals on personal basis and entering unique places are the additional embellishments,( limited capacity 14 persons only ).

Theatre of Estates, where Mozart conducted his first night
performance of Don Giovanni in 1787, the theatre has the same
appearance as it had in Mozart´s time

the famous SPA 140 km from Prague in Western Bohemia
a meeting place of the Royalties in the past, today a venue of
the Carlsbad film festival, stroll along the collonade with twelve mineral
springs, take a cup in order to taste the healing water, Becherovka is told to
be the best one, free time for self-exploration
return to Prague in the afternoon
6 pm Farewell party with live music and dance at the Culture Center Vltavska

The rest of the price CZK 30.000,-/ thirtythousands CZK/ is payable by a bank money transfer one month prior arrival and includes accommodation in double rooms, either with a private or a shared bath, three meals a day , admissions and travel costs around central Europe from May 17th - June 7th, 2011. Public transport fare for persons under 70 is their own responsibility, persons over 70 travel free of charge in Prague. Air tickets to/from Prague and health insurance are participants responsibility.
